Ioana Gligor-Bekesi, President of Building Dreams, was invited to World Democracy Forum, that took place in Strasbourg. The 2016 World Forum for Democracy focused on the relationship between education and democracy. Can education and democracy nurture active citizens with critical and analytical skills? Can fostering grassroots innovation and bottom-up democratic reform help develop civic engagement and improve opportunities for all of us? Those were the main questions of this year’s edition.
